I got into porn and masturbate whenever I feel stressed in my life, I'm hoping to deal with my problem in porn addiction, I started to masturbating when I was 12 years old, fantasizing the images from a news paper. Way back in college it was normal to have a porn video on the phone and watch by your colleagues. But, now I realized that I wrestled with my conscience with this kind of addiction. I am now 28, in a relationship and always fought with my conscience that this not making me better, it made me worst to the point I get easily distracted in my job where in i have to deal with students, i hope i can share them the best practices in avoiding this habit of porn. Also to have an unguilt feelings with ny S.O. i get easily give up on her because i think i have this self instant gratification runningnin my system. I hope and claim to fight this new drug through this community. NoFap
