        Thanks for asking. Life is good, but i still think a lot about porn. Keep relapsing and have a big urge to look at sissy porn. But compared to few months ago. I definitely feel less anxiety etc.

    19year old that watched a lot of porn and now sees the danger of it and tries to reduce thoughts of anxiety related to bad porn.

    Update:
    22 now. So far, I have experienced few long streaks. In these periods I have discovered how it is to live life without having social anxiety thoughts. So far, I did get better off my addiction. Specially due to the streaks of nofap, but also talking with friends about it. Major part of why I am still a pornaddiction is because of the related shame feelings. I feel that I have learned from the past, though now I have come back since I feel to display similar thought behavior as in the past. I hope to seek someone to share thoughts with. Also the environment you live in, makes a huge difference.
