Today I started NoFap again. I have failed so many times but along the way of failure I have realized why I have failed. NoFap journey

I plan on attending SAA weekly now every sunday as well as getting more closer to god. I also am going to try meditation.

I have now restarted NoFap and i'm one day in going on 2nd day. I went to gym, eat 3 large meals today and was clean.

Since then I have binged porn and used tinder and various sites to jerk off to women and get my high.

My last post after day four on day five of NoFap, i went to gym and met a girl. I ended up getting her number coming home and pmo
