        don't beat your self up. ok you fell. but now you will get up again. look at it this way, there is improvement here you did no watch p. discouragement is not good because it'll drag you down more and more. Be encouraged that each moment is a new beginning, a new you. God loves you in your shortcomings and in your success. I am learning that my self.
