    I just posted about it in my journal. I don't think I did it justice thought. The video can be broken up into parts as it talks about different aspects in life. YES! self mastery does sound awesome, each step towards progress is better than nothing. We have to be able to see our own faults first in order to change them.

    Thank you for taking the time and reading my postings. I really appreciate it.
    Unfortunately I was going through some stuff because I had relapsed. But 7 days so far. I remain vigilant to conquer this addiction. You are correct I must implement everything. Rather become an embodiment to where It's just natural.

    @vibemaker Hopefully you're exhausted from some positive release of energy you've been partaking in. I see your goal for ending the year PMO free. I will join you on that.
