  I totally agree with you. There are enough people close to me that I am comfortable or even proud to discuss this with. But if it would pop up when I'm talking to customers, I would feel awkward. So for professional reasons I have to keep things separate..

  I guess the idea of letting go of the built up stress and anxiety felt like it would be a relief. It wasn't. It never is actually worth it (but it feels every time like it will be.. )
