        I can't imagine how tough it must have been for you since you told me there were quite a few times you almost relapsed., were tired, achy, and depressed.

        Thanks Yibo. There is great value in mutual encouragement. We are confronted with temptations each week, if not most days. We have the choice to maintain our integrity, even if we are unwell or depressed. Let us keep turning away from the darkness and walking towards the light. :)

      I'm really happy your Bible reading is helping, Yibo. I read my Bible every morning after my prayers. I always try to read at least one chapter from the O.T. and then one from the N.T. And you're right about taking up our cross - that's what this challenge is all about. Well done on staying fap-free since yesterday! Every blessing.
