    I don't fap I just rap these urges are a trap,

    I have a very high S drive, P was easy for me to quit but I did fall back to it for a week and not gone back. I had several S/Os I would O in.
    hence the short streaks. they are all out of my life lets see how it goes.

    7 days -January 20-27.
    10 days- February 1-11.
    3 days February 12-15.
    20 days- Feb 16 March 7
    4 days- March 8-12
    14 days march 12-26
    14 days march 28 April 14
    so instead of writing each I relapsed so from April-August I had streaks from 7-21 days. some months I wouldn't count.
