    You’re welcome I read the book first (The Way of the Peaceful Warrior) many years ago. I’m in the process of watching the film (just not in one sitting) got about 30 minutes to go. I think that there are many concepts in the book/film that are pertinent to NoFap, particularly from a spiritual point of view, which is helping me to come to terms with and address my addiction.
