Yeah, I think even if a quote is not fully developed it still help's someone out, plus it help's you over time to understand your addiction better.

Hey, could I ask what day you're on.

Over a week but not two, I don't count days, I use the rTribe app to track progress and it counts but I don't pay attention to what I day I'm on I just try to make each day count and am really working hard on staying in the present moment, not worrying about the past or future.
