    welcome back unfair, and get after and conquer dude , maybe instead of counting down everyday, just look at it as everyday is a new victory like it is day 1 everyday, That way you won't worry about the stress of the days and P and unwanted images will fade away in a mountain of victories.

    Yo, @bulldawg1970 is right. It's much better to focus on the change and improvement of your lifestyle rather than dwelling on porn addiction. You're welcome to disagree but I strongly believe that focusing on avoidance of porn might not get people far in their recovery.
    The centre of NoFap should rather be transformation of our behaviour, mindset and the deepest beliefs that makes us... 'us'. With complete and absolute freedom from porn as a consequence.

    Not saying that reading things like 'Your Brain on Porn' is useless. Not at all. I'm just sayin' that's just half the battle.

    I agree with you, in my last streak that lasted for like 86 days I remember that I was thinking only about me quitting P every damn day, I didn't give much attention to other aspect of my life that need to change and I think I made thing hard for myself. I think you are right you gotta move on from just quitting P to as you said shifting you behavior and mindset to the better. Thanks @Wildfires and good luck bro.

    @Erwin Thanks.
