30 days

Hi guys, my last streak of 30 days of nofap was far away from now before 6 month. These days i finally hit 30+ days of nofap but lat days urges were so big so today i relapsed. I was feeling so much better last moth, i did my college exams really better and my memory and focus were so much better. I cant go back and change the past but i can fight in the present. I want to encourage everyone that no matter how much times we fall we must get up every single time and move on. Sorry for my bad english and hope everyone is good, if this topic isnt for here please move to another thread.
