    Hi Everyone,
this is my first post. i want to share my story. (a bit long, please read)
It all started when i was 14,initially i fapped to nude images and softcore stuff, but i was addicted to masturbation back then (3 times a day), it took over my mind, leaving me depressed and hopeless as my energy levels were low and i didn't see any control over it. it almost convinced me that i would die very soon so i fapped more aggressively.

To break the chain (age 15) i joined swimming club and reduced frequency to 3-4 times a week. but it had already done its damage so i was away from masturbation for one year due to weak libido.

Now i got introduced to this evil "porn" by my classmates and i was once again in cycle of masturbation, now more damaging as porn was included. since i had masturbated very much in past and sunk again in it at a young age (16) which is crucial for development of sexual characters and an adult male,my testosterone levels went far low because of which i suffer till date as my body is underdeveloped*.

this time it went for 3 years (age 19), then i made a promised myself to leave it & went to 10 months without fapping. this was rejuvenating for me. i practiced running & cycling. but it ended as i was mentally disturbed after breakup with my girlfriend & i was once again trapped to this evil.

Now for 2 years i am masturbating every 4th day.

*It made my wrists thinner (i can't do push-ups properly or lift weights usual for people of my age)

in past 46 days i relapsed 16 times, max. streak 10 days. now day 1 again.

please share thoughts also on if i can recover from thin wrists (age 22), i am joining gym this week.
