12 days in, finally the depression is starting to lift up. i feel joy and i can look more at woman without feeling a nervous wreck. today a lady, friend of my mon, came talk with me, and i was with her talking straight in the eyes, at ease, almost no anxiety wow . i work like a dog today but i feel good, although physically tired, great day.

let´s go my brothers, till the end!!!!

 

After binging have to start from the beginning. 0/90 Three months left to the end of year, last change to reboot 2019!

 

90 days until 2020, and I also hope to reboot by the new year. This is also day 0 for me, and I hope we can get past these 3 months successfully together!

Thanks buddy. Great advice and I will try to do that ... Only problem is my wife doesn't like to go without sex as it makes her feel unloved and insecure.

Whatever right thing I do next adds up to the previous one. I'm gonna fall. I can't avoid that. I'm gonna try no to fall today. Good life for me is when the number of falls is smaller than the the number of days I'm standing.
