    Relapse again at day 1 after a relapse just recently. The beginning really is the most difficult.

    Going back to short term goals. That's what got me through the first week of my 12 day stint.
    I may go up in binary fashion, 1 day, then 2, 4, 8 etc. Yeah sounds good.

    Hey guys I decided to start the next streak :) What I can report for the 2 days I was off - I decided to try MO-ing both days just to see what it's like again (No porn, just thoughts of my gf).

    So first of all - it wasn't nearly as good as real sex. Second of all, after just 2 days - drop in libido - had sex twice with gf - first time was ok, second time - was not very aroused and no O. Kind of reminds me of some of the problems as before. So what I am saying is, at least for me it is not worth it.

    Day 74

    Goal for the week is eating healthy and getting my sports done because I'm working a lot lately and want to preserve my good health and motivation.

    Day 5 of involuntary cold showers since my boiler broke and the handiman only has time today.

    Yesterday night was not good at all, I was sleeping and suddenly I woke up with urge. My gf was next to me but she was on her period, but I started to touch her ... and she went sexy, but I could somehow manage it and did not relapse, it was really at the edge. It was just crazy.
    Today, I am a little bit better and I'm trying to focus on my studies and keep fighting :emoji_muscle::emoji_muscle:

    Day 90 in just two days!!❤️

    I know it's too early to celebrate - but todays urge and temptation truly reminded me why I even began this journey! It's beeeeeen a stretch. From learning to live a 'normal' life without PMO and trying to find exciting activities during lock down to keep me focused. Learning to be patient with myself and quick to forgive myself if I entertain a thought to indulge and re-learning to channel my thoughts towards something positive and productive!
    Learning to remain true to my accountability partner and counsellor about my struggles and when I feel on top of things.
    Pursuing Purpose and allowing God to guide me through my single season.
    The list it's endless.. it's been quite a transformation of mind. I am much more confident in my ability to go on 6 months without PMO and hopefully let this be a lifetime lifestyle.
    PMO has stolen so much from me - NOT anymore. I know better now, I choose different ❤️.

    Happy #Day90 to me❤️❤️❤️.

    Day 1. I joined this forum 253 days ago. Of those 253 days, I was 221 days without M’ing to P.

    All my relapses fit in these two scenarios now:
    1. frustration because I stumble upon a beautiful woman or a sexy story online and I want it to be real but it's not, and I don't want to accept that so I try to prolong the fantasy/frustration
    2. sad and mostly unsuccessful attempts to get horny because I want to escape from something

    There is 0 joy or actual excitement involved anymore, most of the time I'm not even hard. It's purely based on behavioral patterns now. Sadly, I'm a creature of habit and I always have a hard time ridding myself of bad behavior. But I'm getting there.

    Yeah I've noticed habits in my experience.
    I think anyone can overcome this addiction, but there are two ingredients that make it easy; staying busy, and being around other people. Unfortunately, most of us are often alone and we all have plenty of time on our hands, normally in the evening. So instead of having that support, it comes down to will power or self-discipline, which is the hardest form of discipline.

    Being back alone in my flat, my mind keeps urging me to PMO, especially after a recent relapse. I'm so close to day 0, what's one more relapse for old times sake, ey?

    Like you said, we're creatures of habit. My mind associates being alone here with PMO and it often says to me 'these are the conditions for PMO, what are you waiting for?!'. It's really difficult to break these habits that have been baked in over so many years, especially on our own.

    Day 68 today. Crazy how good I'm feeling. So many urges have been prevented from adopting new habits and making those my standards for everything, but still always good to avoid triggers like being tired, hungry, or lonely.
