Hello, so i don’t know what to do really and I am looking for some advice.

I am 22 y/o male, and i suffer from ED, or PIED I guess.

So, from the top. I was watching porn since i was idk, maybe 15 years old, and masturbated quite a lot. I never really stopped watching it until about one month ago, when I finally got a chance to lose my virginity with a girl I love. Until this opportunity I didn’t knew I have such a problem, but I do.

So, about 4 months ago, I started chatting with a girl I really like. At first we started chatting, going out, and little i noticed, we started kissing and making out, but without intercourse. At this time even a touch from her would make my penis hard, not like 100%, but about 70% or even more. At this point I didn’t knew I had a problem with ED. On December 29th, 2017, right before New Year, I went to her house and finally I had my first ever intercourse in my life and with the girl I love. While we were kissing and making out (Clothes on) my penis was quite hard, but when we got naked, I just couldn’t keep it hard….. We tried to make intercourse for about 20 minutes, then it got frustrating. At times it got up about 70%, but it was still too soft to go in her.. So I squeezed the base of my penis, and forced my way into her. I managed to put my tip in her, but almost instantly I came… (It was my first time, so maybe its normal?) I don’t even know if I lost my virginity or not… But the whole problem was that I couldn’t keep it hard.. That moment I felt really bad, like the lowest I ever gotten… I was broken inside.. And immediately I started thinking what is wrong with me?!?! I started googling and found the NOFAP community. I read some articles and other posts, and I think the problem is PORN. I think it is called PIED, correct me if I am wrong. I told her it was my first time, and we still are together, but I am afraid during the next time the problem will be the same…

After that, I 100% stopped watching porn and fap as less I could. Almost one month later (now) I noticed my morning wood is gone.. Almost all urges to watch porn are gone, and what scares me the most that my penis is like dead, no morning woods or random erections, even when I think of something sexy, it doesn’t go up. It starting to stress me…

    So what should I do??
Am I on the right path to cure myself from ED?

    Thankyou for your time.

Everything will be fine, I have the same problem like you have but after one month no morning woods.
So I waited some more days after 40 days it comes back (morning wood) and I started to think that I'm cured apparently I'm not but first thing is to tell your mind is that you are cured.
It will take some time some people get cured in 30 days and some would get cured after 90 days. Just remember it's in your head nothing else

  4. That is called "flatline". Lots of guys get it for a while while in NoFap.

It is scary. I hate the flatline. I just don't understand what causes people to get a flatline.

  6. I don't think anybody does. I only had a little flatline, I think, and it scared the living shit out of me. (I may have a real one ahead of me. :( ) But it's part of recovering - it means something good is happening.

Your brain was used to a lot of dopamine from porn. Now that it have not this rush anymore, the dopamine level are decreased. This is how flatline is explained in the link above.
After that, there should be a normalization of the dopamine levels.

  8. I'm around the same age as you and have PIED too. It's important, no vital, to not watch porn or fap whatsoever. Porn is the most important, but when you fap your brain is still releasing dopamine.

It sounds like you are going through a flatline. It gets worse before it gets better. That "dead" feeling down there you describe means you're healing. My biggest mistake was still fantasizing and such.

I think the goal here is to not be obsessed with it and do other things with your time.

If you're truely addicted, there will be relapses and such. Hang in there

So for years you told your body one type of stimulus (that is not a natural stimulus) was what turned it on. You took that away and so understandably your body is not responding it’s looking for that artificial stimulus. We are all born with a biological sex drive. Some men have watched porn for so long they don’t even remember what that is. That’s the flatline. Give your nodu time.
