    Thank you guys. I started no PMO about two weeks ago really but created the nofap account on a nice round date of 1 August. It is becoming more difficult every day now, even my dreams are heavy in sexual content. I’m gritting my teeth and pushing through though...

    Had to change my counter to PM because my fiancee came and one thing led to another. She knows about my addiction, nofap, and is very supportive. After 2 weeks no porn no masturbation we couldn’t keep our hands off each other, and afterwards she said it was amazing! Best motivation to keep going guys :)

    So proud of myself... was offered a joint yesterday and said no... i’ve never been able to refuse weed before. 1 month cannabis free today!
