How fapping brining my ocd and negative back

    Fapped couple of days already after 90 days or so of abstence i had relapses here and there but not my than 1 day

    in the last days I fapped every day and again my OCD and negative back i dont go out of my house
    stay away fap

    A classic. All the time. That's why i'm here doing nofap.
    Keep that energy inside of you and don't waste it fapping cause it draines you and bad thoughts will pop up soon.
