It's time for a change

    I'm a 20 yr old male and after 6 years of watching P I'm confessing it to someone, anybody! The best part about this journey i'm going to start is that I have you guys! Any advice any of you out there have for me? DAY 1!!!

    Thanks for your bravery in showing up here! That first confession a liberating feeling. It was really scary for me.

    I'd recommend taking some time to learn more about the process of recovering from a porn addiction. Yourbrainonporn.com is a good resource for basic information, as well as links to other resources. Members will post tips in the forums here, so look around a bit and see where you'd like to add your voice. And take some time to decide what your personal goals are. You'll probably adjust these as you learn more about yourself, but it's good to keep track of your own progress and feelings and to identify patterns and trouble spots.
