Nature back journey. Beast mode [on]

    Hi everybody, this is my journey of 90 days no PMO.
    To help myself in one side, and make it more challenging in other - I've decided to add: No alcohol, No smoking and sleep well.
    I've started it 13 days ago.

    Day 13 was pretty hard. Whole day I had weird thoughts, and it was really hard to fall asleep, always felt wanted to watch P and M.
    Waked up at night several times, had porn dreams.
    Morning wood was so hard, so only thing I wanted is to relieve this tension.
    But I keep going.

    Day 14 - done
    This day was pretty much hard too, but training and study helped.
    Started to work with myself: meditation and psychology.
    Started to feel more emotionally balanced.

    Think I'm next to flat line.
    My energy compared to first weeks goes down, there is nothing I want to do...

    There is so much sensitive content in social media, should I stop using social media too???

    So I decided to add some more challenges to my 90-days no PMO:
    - Don't even touch myself.
    - Don't watch ANY sensitive content.
    I'll count this additional activities from day 0, while other keep going.
    Thanks for all your support, It's very important for me, cuz It's really hard.

    Today is a good day.
    Morning started with contrast shower, than I walked into the forest, and have a long walk.
    I found bars there and done some workout (pullups and pushups).
    Than I revisited all of my old beliefs, that got me to that point where I am now, and began to question them in order to develop new, healthier beliefs.
