New around here, I'm on day two.

    I've known about nofap for a long time but never actually looked closely. I'm new to all the terminology and concepts but am learning. I'm diving in headfirst and swearing off porn and masturbation for a week, then I'll see how I feel.

    Any good resources for a noobie to learn more?

    Autocorrect is already trying to sabotage me by replacing noobie with nookie... It's going to be a long week.
