    I'm new here and I started Nofap 45 days ago. No relapses at this time though urges do come and go. I think I flat line about three weeks ago, but I'm not sure. The only extra benefits that I seem to have is energy and time. Anything else that is associated to Nofap I have not experienced as of yet.

    I'm looking forward to what this journey will take me and I'll post whenever I'm in the mood to do so. I'm glade that I'm getting away from fapping which has plagued me for sometime.
