I want to say that this struggling is very valuable to obtain our real personality and all of potentiels. this is really hard (fighting with ourselves) and according to me fighting against ourselves is the hardest thing in life and i believe that if we win this war, we can do all things what we want in our life.

    Hi ufuksezer11,
It's very true what you say. As a bodybuilder you are very aware of this and you know about "the full package". It's about self-esteem and achieving our goals. This thing is in our way and we need to beat it to bring the best of ourselves into every aspect of our lives. Muhammad Ali was into semen retention to be his best and he was the best!

On my very first attempt I managed to do exactly 30 days but relapsed unfortunately due to personal problems and lost a lot of ground but here I am again going for it. I am a bodybuilder as well and it's just all too messy and confusing while interfering with my agenda.

Maybe this long journey and progress is hard according to us as bodybuilders because of lifting weight (especially quite heavy weight ) increase testosterone level but this situation shouldn't be our excuse. we will be happy as much as we push ourselves. By the way we can help each other about bodybuilding and nutrition:)

Yeah that does concern me a bit but on the other hand we know about discipline and exercising a healthy regimen so there is that. A healthy body is a healthy mind as they say! Sure we can do that ufuksezer11.
