    Hello guys and gals,

I have a question - with PMO in the picture do you find it difficult to do things?

What I mean is doing things you want to do but pushing them off later or never getting to them at all - stuff like hanging out with friends or hell even watching a tv show you like.

I noticed with PMO - I wouldn't want to do anything but even with out PMO its easy to get into the same trap to - I would watch youtube for hours - or im tell myself im not ready to hang out or go out. Its all BS with your mind

Im trying to do the act of "doing" I notice in this stage the mind is all mush - its better to act instead of listen to negative thoughts in your mind that just want you to sit home and watch youtube or ruminate.

I try to make a calendar with things I want to do then I just do it
Anyone else feel this way? that doing things are difficult

Aye. Id honestly lock myself away for two days at the weekend. Not to specifically PMO but id rarely go out, or maybe put off going out til later on in the evening (or even at all) and end up binging on PMO instead.

Yet this morning i was up, exercised, shaved my head, trimmed my beard and done the dishes then down to a cafe for coffee all before 9:30 am.

Yes, with PMO you are not doing so much as the porn doing you, you might say. Doing implies the one doing the activity being in charge, but also there's a matter of sustained concentration. You can't focus even with stuff you would otherwise like to do and is not a chore, but it feels like it because your mind is mush.
