Woohh.....that's what I am going through....

@Chris..evans I give you some advices:
1. Stay away from technology and focus to learn for exam.
2. Read some books who help you to be prepared for exam.
3. When urges are coming go for a walk or make a cold shower.

Don't forget this: p and m will destroy you(or us), so fight with this big drugs addiction.

Try to be active on this great forum, this will help you a lot. In this great forum, you will find more good advices.
