    I've never gone 30 days before without masturbating to porn. Can't even really describe how excited I am.

    Changes: less brain fog, more frequent/ stronger erections, feel overall stronger/ faster, a little more confident

    Please be extremely careful. Like you, I am doing normal mode and only abstaining from porn and masturbation. My last streak ended last week after 31 days. Something about hitting 30 days and you kind of fall into a rut.

    I'm not trying to discourage you, I'm really just trying to help you not make the same mistake I did. Be on your guard especially now more than ever!
