    You didn't lose anything. 66 days is a big success, plus you don't want porn anymore, that's very important. I don't know if anyone can scientifically claim that occasional masturbation is bad for a non-addict. If you want 90 days, then don't feel bad about your one time masturbation, be strong and start again.
