7 Days NOFAP JOURNEY

DAY 1

I am an addict.
I am so much into porn and masturbation that I have lost my confidence and now feel very low.
I have no friends, in simple terms, I just cut off myself from the rest of the world.
so my social life is totally dull.

But,

I found about nofap and I thought maybe I still got the chance to change.
SO here I am with my NOFAP journey.

This is day1 and I tried to keep myself busy all the time.
I tried very hard to control my urges.
Most of the time I played GTA V as it makes me happy and it distracts me from my addiction.
All in all, it was a day well spent. I hope i can continue this NOFAP challenge for another SIX days...
