    Exactly bro, in fact i think as long as one keeps a secret positive view about pmo, that trait will undermine the reboot efforts. So see if you have some hidden good consideration about pmo. Expose it to yourself. Then it will be easier to cope with urges.

    When all becomes clear, nofap will automatic turn into a lifestyle, no matter what day is on. That's what's working for me :)

    It is ok to blame myself. I don't hate myself for it. I am just owning it. It is a decision I made that has had a huge impact on my life and the life of others in a negative way. I forgive myself. It was my call and my fault. Just owning it.

  7. I love it! Thanks for you warm sentiments. We will do this. I have given your last suggestion more thought and realized you were right. It's my addicted brain that wants me to take a break before starting the next 90 day challenge. Given that, I start my new 90 day challenge today. Thanks again for the advice. Cheers.

    Day 0/90 no PM
    Day 54 of weight training
    Day 1 - reduce sugary foods

    - did you miss me?
    - I decided to change plans and roll right into another 90 day challenge as @RiseToGreatness was right in the advice he gave me a couple of days ago about motives and the addicted mind
    - this time around, I will continue to limit my intake of alcohol and caffeine and also try to reduce the amount of sugary food I eat since sweets are another weakness of mine
    - they light up the same parts of the brain on an EEG as any other addiction (porn, alcohol, drugs, gambling, smoking, etc)
    - I read one guy wrote sugary and junk foods often cause him to relapse (maybe the chaser effect at work here too)
