hello everyone again. i'm starting day 3. I already passed days one and two. I don't feel to many urges but i had a few thoughts about touching, didn't started, I just don't want to feel bad for relapsing, i always feel bad when that happens. I had some sexual intercourse with my partner so I ejaculated last night. my goal is to leave pornography and masturbation but not sex or similar with my partner. these two past days i've been playing guitar a lot, like 6 or 7 hours, so that keeps me out of the urge. i'm starting to think that leaving masturbation could boost my creativity and self love. after almost 10 years i really need to quit. i'll be posting more! 2/90

I feel after two weeks without PM my creativity and selfworth usually skyrockets. Also started taking theanine which seems to put you in a more creative state.

 

Day 19!

I find that my brain still thinks of watching stimulating stuff on the internet and jacking off to it as a very positive thing. Like now, I open the computer and there's that voice again: 'Hey, I know something fun we could do...' I don't do it, but the desire is there.

It's like my conscious brain knows that doing that will make me feel like shit afterwards, but my unconscious brain still hasn't realised it. It's so tiring. Any experience with that, anyone? When does it stop? Or does it ever?

 

Day 24, small moments of difficulties otherwise its going okay now.

 

Guys, after 2 days , I broke the rule... I am very disappointed. Yesterday I watched a hollywood movie in which I saw a beautiful girl and I compare that girl with pornstar and thus I fucked up the situation!! Sorry guys who support me. I broke me and your expectations.

Main problem with me is that I know various porn sites and passwords of paid pornsites aprox 30-40. Know when I have mood for fap, I just go to the paid websites, login with a password(they are free) and start watching. the list goes on and on...... I wish somebody remove all these porn knowledge from my brain

Before joining nofap community, I think it is easy. I think everything is my under control...But know I realize I a become a slave of it.

Guys just list what precautions I have to make......

For me this situation becomes a war which I have to win at any cost. Time is moving very fast......
