Addiction swopping

    So now that I no longer PMO, guess what? I now am addicted to youtube. I cant stop watching youtube videos. And it sucks because my company is closing and im studying personal training in order not to be unemployed next year. Wasting so much time doing the unnecessary and it seems so hard to take out my work and do it! why is it so difficult?
    but watching youtube videos is now my new addiction. it seems that we swop one addiction for another. I need to conquer this!

    I want to be addiction free! I want control over my own mind!
