Hello all

After hundred of failures, I have finally decided to seek some help to stop my masturbation addiction and these community looks like a great place to start.

I am 43 years old, married, one child.

My problem is not so much with porn (although I fall for that about 1 time a month) but with the inability to stop masturbating for more than 2-3 days in a row. That is being a hell for me. I go to bed with a resolution not to do it, just to find many times fighting myself with sexual thoughts and sleepless until I fail and then I wake up feeling absolutely depressed and hating myself for doing it.
