i am starting nofap again, and really want to end my addiction once and for all. I believe my PMO is kinda severe. I masturbate (without orgasm) a little bit every day or every other day. I frequently have sexual thoughts, and it seems i need more intense forms or pornographic material to satisfy my urge.

It is kind of embarassing, but I really want to put it to an end. I would appreciate any tips or advice for a newbie. I have tried to stop fapping, but i have failed repeatedly. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Well I don't know if this is going to work for you and I hope it does. If you can incorporate some of this into your regimen I hope it helps. For me my battle plan is:

    1) Eliminate/Delete my porn stash.
    2) Work out with intensity. HIIT and bootcamp.
    3) Get proper rest and eat properly. Avoid processed foods and sugar.
    4) Travel. I love Vegas and the baccarat conditions there are awesome. Head more to Montreal and Toronto. Montreal has some of the most amazing women in North America. Keeping yourself outdoors and expose yourself to outside stimuli helps you from being alone. So that keeps you away from having those cravings.
    5) Have hobbies and learn new things. Keep your mind engaged.
    6) Meditate more.
    7) Keep a journal. Putting things in printed word will help bring clarity in your thoughts and action.

In conclusion you are just going to reinvent yourself and give yourself a purpose. If you can create and discover a passion even better. Once you are able to create an awesome lifestyle where you get to interact and connect with people you would not feel so alone needing PMO to fill a void.

Inwardly declare war on your addiction and outwardly declare war on yourself by holding yourself accountable.

    Good Luck.

  3. welcome to Nofap, well first i would like to say that GSarosi`s advice above is great, im not sure what to add to that at the moment, ill be taking a few tips from that myself!

but i would say that you should not be embarrassed whatsoever here on Nofap, we are all here for the same reason and have been through the nightmare of porn addiction, you have chosen by your own free will to join the Nofap Army so you should be proud of yourself right now, thats the most important first step for now!

take some time to check out the other members stories and advice like above and you will see that you are not alone and need not be embarrased or ashamed ever!

you can do this and achieve your goals!

best of luck, i wish you well on this new adventure!
