NoFap Day 7

  1. Hello I'm new here, following nofap forum from last few months, and tried myself to do 90 day challenge but failed after 4 / 5 days later.
    Now this time i decided that will join forum will report my daily progress but after Day 7.

    So here i am feeling good not great. Normal day.

    Infact I'm not here to do 90 day challenge. I'm here because I have my own challenge of 21 days. Will complete my own challenge first then maybe go for 90.

    Why I started 21 day challenge because, whenever I thought about 90 days I feel like damn this is crazy, i have lot to do. But since i decided to do 21 days a small target then i feel like i can do this.

    That's why started 21 days challenge, joined forum after 7 days (actually today is 7th day) because on 1st day real day i haven't counted, started NoFap day count on 2nd day which was called as 1st day.

    My NoFap journey started on 25-8-2019 at 00:00 (24 hour time).

    I'm happy that I have completed mostly challenging days of my life. Now I'm feeling, YES I CAN DO IT.

    You have already experienced that the NO PMO journey is not easy. But it is worth the effort.

    Good luck for your 21-days-streak. What is the reason you started it? You feel addicted to P and M?
     
  3. Yes Im addicted to masturbation. Have so many health issues like acne, weakness, blur eyes, fatigue, laziness. I always tried to find lonely place for self pleasure. But now I know this will not gonna help me. I should take my own responsibility. And thats why i tried 90day challenge but failed so this time my target is small but I'm feeling good for doing something about it.

  5. Day 8, don't know but I think I can feel some energy in me.
    Done exercise today which was postponed due to my laziness.
    Feeling great. Feeling excited. I have achieved my mostly hard point that is 7 day NoPMO.
     
  6. Heyyy welcome to the NoFap forum : ) It's nice to see you here fighting the good fight alongside us!

    Here is just some advice:

    First and foremost please take a look at each section in the forum, there might be something(s) you may find of big help to you. Feel free to post there :+)

    Then secondly I just strongly advise you to be active on your profile(as there quite a few active people in the profile section). Please start by choosing an avatar and then make daily status posts to show you're active and needing support/encouragement. They've also got a neat little feature that shows freshly posted statuses for all users to see. People will find your profile and give you encouragement/support.

    People (are beginning to) love communicating in the profile section..(it should be and is )mostly spportive talk but it doesn't hurt to deviate from supportive talk. It would be great to have you join in and support others in the threads, profiles, and journal, we could always use your help and in return you shall receive some as well!

    Thirdly, You should also highly consider creating a public journal and write about your days in more depth for us members to follow along your journey and offer support to you by way of posting in your journal.

    Last but not least: Good luck on your journey here, make sure to really give it a try with all your heart!

  8. Day 9 started. Body pain due to yesterdays exercise but still do todays exercise.
    By the way I'm trying to improve my English so please correct me and help me to improve it.

  10. Day 12 started. Some urges occurred but controlled.

  11. Strong urges coming. But NO erection. Only dirty thoughts old moments. Is it normal? Tried very hard to control myself from M. Heating from all over body my right hand was so hot, like my mind trying to say for do M. But controlled. First time feel whole body reaction. Damn this is so fucking hard. I have to think lot of good moments to try to convince myself to not M.
    But i understand the reason why now urges are strong. Because i read success stories of people's on nofap. They share how they doing while nofap and having sex with girls. That makes me horney.
    Also i know why i was doing M because when i need someone at fun time. Then i don't have any one to share it. So i do M on P. And i know I'm not addicted to porn.
    I need partner.
    Literally my whole body want to relax doing M. Instead i done 20 pushups.
    Now I'm feeling calm. Before day 13 start almost 1 hour before i had these urges. In my mind i was thinking go to sleep with others. But NO. I have to control these feelings. I used to sleep alone having blanket. From day 1 i haven't used my regular blanket. But today i used it and suddenly old moments started in mind.
    I read on forum that if you get urges then do exercise or go for walk or talk to someone, try to focus on other thing. But non of these helping. So I decided whatever happens will happen inside blanket. If I control this time then I can control it. So i stay steady under blanket, no movement, feeling body reaction, saying myself tobe calm, takeing deep breath. After sometime urges got stronger than I thought finally decided and done 20 pushups done small walk for 2/3 min and came back under blanket. Now no urges.

    Read other people failing at the same time I'm controlling myself.

    Feels good for me but bad for them.

    So much thoughts coming in mind wanted to talk someone but im alone can't tell anybody. That's why posted full of my thoughts here.

    Hope next time also I will win.

    But seriously need help about body heat. I don't have fever but still heat coming from body. Please help.

    Kunal go through some success stories as well and post your questions directly to those guys.... Most of then seriously gives genuine opinion... It is helping me... I am on my 12th day ( previous 26 then relapsed)

    And just said hed to hard mode 3 days before and have pretty small target of 7 days only for hard mode then automatically switch to 1 month....
