Porn is the main reason of fap!!!

    My story is simple, i started porn at age 12 and also fap while watching porn.
    In 2020(Age-21), I faping and watching porn 8-Years. In this 8years i did not find anything about porn and fap. But now, I got some, there is difference between Watching(Porn) and Doing(Fap). If you watch porn, you no need to fap, but semen leakage always do that when your body heat, While body heat there is sensation on some area of your body such as Penis, nipples it leads more sexual arousals.

    SIMPLE TERM is,

    Stress -> Porn -> Orgasm -> Triggers -> Response -> Reward.

    My question is,
    How to overcome Porn addiction, there is not addiction but over-watching thats all.
    anyone help?

    My advise: ask help to a psychologist, even better if she/he's specialized in sexuology.
    I don't understand some parts of your simple term, but I absolutely agree with Stress -> Porn -> Orgasm, because it happens lots of times to me.
