    Hey guys, this forum is awesome!! Today is my 19days mark, I’ve stared no PMO since my vacation to Cuba, as you may aware, there is no Internet there! How great is that!?(for those who has internet porn addiction anyways, including myself), so I was just stay at the beach, drinking, smoke cigar and had tons of fun with my friends, and when I got back, I’ve decide to continue this journey and be a better person, I did a lot of reading these days and stumble upon this book called you brain on porn Internet pornography and the emerging science of addiction, it was very intuitive and I learned a lot about how the brain works. It goes without saying that knowledge is power, and I do think this book really helps. Anyway, my best record before was 21day without PMO, and this time, I want to completely quite Porn, if possible, masturbation all together!

    No internet in Cuba? I want to move there, too! But anyways I want to quit internet porn altogether. I also want to quit masturbation but I've been able to stop myself with medication. I honestly have had no desire to masturbate in the past 10 days or so. It's so freeing.

    well, it costs 6 bucks per hour to only used it in the hotel lobby, so.... I consider that pretty much not existed....

    Well that's close enough for me. When I visit a family member in Florida she doesn't have any internet and I feel "free" from the online world. It's such an amazing feeling.
