Starting with a new resolve

    Hi I'm Exsebal and I've been struggling with PMO for about 11 years. (Jesus that was hard to even type). I knew it was a problem way back when but it felt so good at the time and I didn't really see the harm in it so I didn't do anything about it. How I wish I could take those years back. Long story short, it's gotten me in a lot of trouble in indirect ways and I finally see it as the root of most of my problems in life. I want to stop NOW and starting today. I know its going to be rough and I may relapse more times but I know that joining this community will help me to have the resolve I need.
