Did 25 this morning whilst performing cardio and including my chest workout few minutes ago, I did 109 all in all.
07/07/2020 Today ive done 10 sets of the same amount, will work to add more reps to the Thoracic Bridging, making it 30 in total reps, to then add more with the others. I did 30 before doing my cardio way back in the morning. Later on, I took one activity on my online school after lunchtime, but ended up with a bad score. So I could get rid of my disappointment and anger, I put it all into doing all-out pushups until I can't no more. I ended up doing 50 pushups in one take. I tell you guys, It felt so good to release all that anger and sadness through performing the exercise. I felt relieved and happy channelling that negative emotion and forgot I even got a low score. On my next subject, I had a quiz and I already learned my lesson now. I reviewed thirty minutes before the quiz began. Luckily, I got a 28/30. Felt happier, then again. Hours passed and I did my chest workout to which I performed 104 in small sets and various forms of pushups. All in all, I did 184 for today. I think this is the most number of pushups I did in one day!!! Big accomplishment
