YES! I love small victories. They give you courage and confidence where you formally didn’t have any. They help you see that you can achieve and become who you want to be. You build you best self line upon line.

    There are two tools.

Find the most successful people on NoFap that haven’t reset for a long time and ask them for the tools they use. They didn’t get there by accident and most are happy to lend their tips a tricks.
    2. There is a software call accountable 2u and I’m really excited about it. It tells you accountability partner/s exactly what you are looking at and when.

I find that this is that little boost of motivation that I have needed. It does cost money and I am still trying it out. But you guys I will give up money time energy and everything to win this war. It has only been a few days but I will keep you all posted.

If others have obtained success then we can too. The only thing we have to do is find the right tools.

I just did my first 24hr fast and it was easier than I expected. Loads of benefits health wise to the occasional fast as well as strengthening your will power .

  7. That’s good! I usually try to do a 24 hour fast once a week.

  8. Yesterday I had the toughest 24 hours since I started this challenge 41 days ago. This morning the urges are gone and I am so glad I didn't give up all that time. I feel confident I can go the whole 90 day reboot and more. No sense in ever going back to PMO.

Oh god, I relapsed last night, the reason I guess maybe that I watched a lot of entertaining videos, although there is no porn in them, they can still destroy my self-control system. I just deleted those videos software, they are like dopes, I can watch it one by one without stopping.

I watched some pics of a nice girl on insta, and when searching for more a couple of pics of her tits came out and i realised what i was doing so i stopped immediatly. I didn't put a finger on my thing, is it a relapse ? :/

No it's not at all. It was a test.....you passed. Learn what you can from it and use it.

Well i relapsed because of that test... it’s always day 5 or day 8 when i relapse f*ck.
Don’t know how to feel positive know, the only thing i know is that i’m going on holidays saturday for a week with a friend so i’m not gonna relapse, so i can reach day 10 by next week, i’m holding on this hope..

  13. Sorry to hear that. It’s hard to stay positive after a relapse. But the sooner you start again, the sooner you’ll start feeling better again.

That’s fantastic, what type of fast was it. Was it a food fast? Developing the mindset is the most powerful part.

Mrmr: First recommendation stop beating yourself up. One of the first great obstacles is recognizing that you are resetting and can do better. But whipping yourself won’t help. Document the rest and what happened then look for your weak area that you can strengthen. You can do this!! If I can do it so can you. You just need the right tools.

Just drank water and I did have a couple of cups of coffee as well. It was easier than anticipated. To he honest, I felt weaker the following day if anything. Shall definitely be trying to do it once a week for a while to see if there are any real benefits. If nothing else it's a bit of a cleanse.

It's so hard isn't it !? But dont beat yourself up, that just makes it harder. You are not gok g to get rid of a lifetime habit overnight and someone on here said to me. At the time I was beating myself up badly because of yet another relapse. He was absolutely right. Just keep.gettong back on that horse, never quit and eventually you will break that barrier.
