What thing 90 days or more??

I saw people in nofap says 90days challenge mostly people take 90 days challenge and they even progress more after this.
I wanna know is there something different it 90days which is not in 30,50 or 60days??
What's the thing u gain after 90days(approx) I'm not talking about more days than that which is not in less days than 90?

 

actually most talk about 90 days... I'm not saying it's a particularly 90 but around it.And they tell benefits.

 

I actually read it that if you go for many days maybe a year then continuing it indian scriptures say that "Ojas" from.your semen will help your brain and after that growth which continues to be there makes your mind and focus very powerful.
