I notice that when i'm meditating (while on porn) my thoughts have an unwanted echo. One single thought would come to my head but then I would hear it repeat multiple times bouncing around like a mirror reflecting a lazer . But when i've gone a while without porn, my head is totally silent. Does anyone experience this? I feel like this has something to do with why it's hard to communicate while on porn
