    there is no fool proof method buddy. It took me MANY years to master this and I am not a master yet, either. Living healthy helped, slowly transforming my bad habits from bad unhealthy foods, alcohol, caffeine, smoking to exercising, yoga, swimming etc meditating and grinding. also avoiding triggers.
