It's not a matter of the fetish being there, it's a matter of overly sexualizing said fetish or not. If you're a porn addict and try to sexualize something, what will happen is that you'll be so focused on that sexualized aspect, you'll lose focus of what's really important - in worse cases, you might even hurt someone.

Yeah, it's better to appreciate calmly rather than think "Wow I'm going to get horny over this because I can use this as an excuse to get horny, and getting horny feels good"
