Man frankly speaking I also don't know how to deal with this, because this really hurts I can just understand but can't tell anything bcos when others says me much I does not work on me in that phase. But this time always goes and we move on.
When we know it's passes, that itself show there is hope, there is happiness. You can do one think write down what u feel . And what note whatbhelped you out to come out of this.. It helps in future..... Because whenever we go through similar phaee it helps to come back on track
