185/164 A farewell!

    It's been 185 days since I watched any porn and 164 days since I MO-d. What urges left are easily controllable. I think I gained everything I could here, and I made more than enough contribution to not feel myself in debt. I'd like to thank all of you who encouraged me, and what I just want to say: you can quit PMO and you can live without it. It doesn't have to be a part of your life.
    Why you quit, how you quit, how long does it take, it's up to you, but you can do it.

    But i feel like this forum takes up too much of my time, and it somehow still keeps PMO in my mind. I wish it to be completely in the past. Therefore I have to leave.

    I wish clarity, strength, wisdom, courage and perseverance for all of you. Thank you and good bye.

    You've been a frequent and knowledgeable contributor for a long time so you're certainly not "in debt" as far as I'm concerned.
    I hope you'll find peace in life without porn (It seems like you already have :D)
