2+ years succesful with nofap lifestyle

Hi All, Just saying hello and wanted to join the nofap community to try to share some "Wisdom" and hopefully help others on their journey.
I committed and completed 1+ year monk mode and then I dated a girl for about 6 months and since then have done another year pretty much monk mode...

Anyhow, "I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick ...." only joking Just wanted to mention that I get daily reminders that everything works "biologically" and I have a definite urge to find somebody but am persistent to continue my journey of self-development, before I do that.
