Well done! I also always enjoy getting rid of unnecessary stuff in life. Keep it up.

  3. 28 days completed!

Feeling like 1000 pounds has been lifted off my back already! Who knew clutter holds so much emotional energy over someone.

  4. Thanks, brother! I appreciate it. Hopefully, this will become a habit for me too.

Day 12 :) am working myself up to meditate 3x a day experimenting with techniques if anybody has any advice for me in meditation. My problem is that I get sleepy after.

    Lessons to be learned.
Do not edge and be careful when watching movies that could trigger you.

I watched a film 5 days ago that had one short scene that triggered me and the next days I started edging gradually.Well here I am angry at myself for giving in very briefly to the urges that caused this relapse.

  11. Well, I'm posting here because i didn't reach the 3 days challenge quick, but that's a good decision, I decided to take this challenge and only this because it's the biggest and I can support all the real warriors here, I know that have people only inside the 90 challenge but I don't care, I'm here for be the best, I'm here to know good people and successful people, we can relapse sometimes but never give up, and never forget the smile on the face!

Day 2 without PMO, Day 7 without porn.

  12. Unfortunately, I suffered a relapse due to painful memories from my childhood that I could not bear. Until I come to terms with my past, I may have similar episodes in the future. But I am not backing out. I will continue to fight!

The latest two weeks have been hard, i've been looking up escorts, watching porn and M'oing(without P) to releave the urges. It took me away from my routine of posting here. I need to get my shit together, not a great start of the year.

Love the positivity you share on here fellow warrior, which is so different from some of the garbage and negativity that we see on social media and in the news, that attracts attention for all the wrong reasons.

Surround yourself with people who can take you to your next level and distance yourself from negative toxic people who bring no value to your life.

Sorry to hear about your relapse. However, fuel that anger you felt when you realised your long streak was over to silence those urges if they resurface.

I am glad you dusted yourself off quickly like I did when I relapsed yesterday and are back to facing problems instead of running away from them like countless people do.

We can learn from our past to improve ourselves and our lives, but it is the past and is over.Just stop for a moment to enjoy the present and the sounds we hear and other amazing senses and things we take for granted. The present truly is a present!
