OK...I think I did the challenge wrong. I made 7 days but didn't leave this the forum. I'm going to leave now and go to the 14-Day Challenge, where I will be rebooting right off the bat. Have a great weekend, All!

 

Today is the 0 day because i had PMO just 1 hour before. I'm addicated in pron more than 10 years, it's become more serious after I graduated and bagan to work. I want to change my life and get away from PMO. I hope I can finish this simple challenge, please give me some encouragement, thanks for this challenge!

It’s a beautiful day outside.

There’s a family trip today, and it was fun, i get to see a lot of animals at the zoo.
The monkeys there is really noisy :v
