congradulations dude! hope you make it to 90 days and do a complete reboot and never PMO. Good to see some one making progress....7 days...10...14....21...30....45...60...90....& beyond!

It feels like ages but its only day 4 lol!
There was some semen leaking in the piss, so I take it as a good sign. Because I didn't PMO, my body is getting rid of excess semen. Its my fault that I made the body think it cannot hold semen for more than 4 days without an O that too in terms or PMO everytime. I hope my body learns to absorb semen without discharging it in piss.
