Day 89 today. Crazy in a couple days I'll hopefully be at where I wanted to be at. I've realized that just because you can make a 90 day streak doesn't mean all your problems are solved. In fact you see more of your problems, and that also feels a bit upsetting. At times I feel way more insecure than ever before. But other times like this easy going morning, I think to myself, all the pain and struggles were so worth it to get to here.

I'm still an addict. I need to avoid any situations that get my heart beating rapidly and get me thinking about things I used to obsess about. My life is going to be much different than that of nine years ago. But I think it will also be much better than any time in the last nine years. I posted at the beginning of my thread, I don't think I wasted this past decade, but in hindsight I wish I had the strength to do this earlier, because I could have done so many things so much better, as cliché as that is. But I'm optimistic. I'm 26 and in a couple days I'll consider myself a recovered addict with hopefully a long life ahead of me, that I can still use to make a positive impact on other people around me.

  8. 2 weeks today :) It's been a busy weekend visiting family but back into work now. It'll be a somewhat busy week with work but not too crazy.

I had some urges this morning but reading NoFap helps a ton. Considering starting my own journal to keep myself more accountable and document more of my efforts and journey moving forward.

It's great to see everyone's progress.

Back on day 1. I hate coming on here saying that but this is where i need to say it. I need to keep coming back until im free of this. And then keep coming back to share with others as those with some success shared with me. One day at a time.
